Privacy policy

Julho Constante Unipessoal LDA, tax number (NIF) 519555686, is the controller of the personal data collected through the quote form on this site, under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

The data collected is only what the enquiring business itself decides to send when asking for a quote: the type of piece and the approximate size given in the form, and the photo of the shop, the vehicle or the space, attached in the WhatsApp conversation.

The form on this site has no field for a telephone number and keeps no file: it composes a message and opens WhatsApp. The contact arrives through that conversation, with the number that WhatsApp itself shows to whoever receives it.

This data is used only to prepare the design and the price that were asked for, and to answer the quote request through the channel given. It is not used for any other purpose.

The legal basis for the processing is the pre-contractual steps taken at the request of the enquiring business, under Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR: the business provides the data on its own initiative in order to obtain a commercial answer.

The photo, the measurements and the WhatsApp conversation are kept for 12 months from the last contact, or until the ordered project is completed, whichever happens first, and are deleted after that.

The message with the photo and the quote request is sent through WhatsApp, a service of Meta Platforms; sending it that way is also subject to the privacy policy of Meta for WhatsApp.

The business that sends the data has the right of access, rectification, erasure, portability and objection to the processing, at any time, without having to give a reason.

These rights can be exercised by e-mail to geral@litoralart.group. There is also the right to lodge a complaint with the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD), the supervisory authority in Portugal.
