Quote terms

These terms apply to every quote issued by Julho Constante Unipessoal LDA from a request made on this site, by WhatsApp or by e-mail.

Each quote is valid for 30 days from the date on which it is sent to the enquiring business, unless a different period is stated in the document itself.

The production and installation lead time stated in the quote runs from the date on which the enquiring business approves the design, and not from the date of the initial request.

The installation price is shown separately from the price of producing the piece, and is charged separately unless the quote says otherwise.

Any change asked for after the design is approved, whether of size, material or artwork, may change the price and the lead time already agreed; the change is always confirmed before going into production.

The warranty on each piece follows what is written in the respective quote, according to the material and the installation involved; no warranty period is assumed beyond what the document states.

Acceptance of the quote, in writing, by WhatsApp or by e-mail, counts as acceptance of these terms and authorises production to start.

These terms are governed by Portuguese law; in the event of a dispute, the court of the district of Lisbon has jurisdiction.
